The rich palette of colour is capable to influence not only moods and feelings of the person, but also on its physical health. The matter is that colour are waves and radiation, say, the continuous physics! And, hence, our body is capable both to absorb colours, and to radiate them in the form of electromagnetic components of a light wave. This colour "aura" also sees therapists (now for supervision over aura use special devices-tsvetohromatografy).
The sound body radiates the balanced aura - at it there are all colours. And in the patient the aura "spoils", in it there are colour failures. For this reason at treatment by colour use those colours which lacks colour balance of aura of the person. Is better to conduct the first lesson of visualisation under supervision of the psychologist, but it is not obligatory. Retire to a room, try to relax.
