Let's tell "is not present" to morning indispositionsNaming this feeling a morning indisposition, we arrive not absolutely fairly. Some women expecting the child, feel a nausea and emetic symptoms all the day. While the majority of women feel a morning indisposition during the second trimester some even continue to feel patients during all time of pregnancy.
What can you make to try to get rid of a morning indisposition? There is a set of "house recipes" which you can try. But not any treatment can approach each woman so have patience, trying all from this list, yet will not find that can approach you.
Food: women have found set of ways of special diets which help to regulate a food and by that prevent or facilitate a nausea connected with pregnancy. You can try:
- Is gradually, but it is frequent.
- Is more fiber (protein).
- There are crackers before rising from a bed.
- Never to allow your stomach to remain empty.
- Do not eat I write, which causes in you disgust.
- Eat more than those products which like you and which you require.
- Make and drink a camomile or tea with a peppermint.
- Eat ginger or drink tea with ginger.

Way of life: some women consider, that the mode and certain exercises can reduce nausea signs. You can try:

- Dare to sleep longer, than usually.
- Weaken rate of your day.
- Avoid spirits and other toilet accessories.
- Also avoid pungent smells of cleaners.
- Carry the convenient, free clothes, allowing to feel easy.
- Use food, easy in preparation, or allow somebody to prepare for you.
- Regulate time, taking prepatrimonial vitamins.
- Watch strictly a dose and types of vitamins.
- Use exercises of such type, as a deep breath and a deep relaxation.
Additional therapies: before to address to medicines for the help, or in general to refuse any treatment, having reconciled with unpleasant sensations, you can try all the same:
Massage of a back and, especially heads which will help you to relax and reduce pressure more full. Points of pressure which will facilitate nausea symptoms will help to make active massage of biologically active points of a skin. As to you will help to clean a nausea an aromatherapy, using infusion of a camomile, mint or an orange for nausea and lemon signs, or tinctures from mint for heartburn signs.
Remember, the morning indisposition is normal during pregnancy, but excessive vomiting is already dangerous sign. Necessarily, contact your midwife if you test suddenly any of following signs as a result of your morning indisposition:
- Dehydration (your urine of dark colour also leaves more rare, than usually; your mouth, eyes and a skin feel dry).
- The raised weariness and less sharp intellectual perception.
- Weakness and indisposition increase.
- Inability to keep in itself food or drinks within 24 hours.
