Pregnancy and care of feet

Pregnancy and care of feet

Pregnancy is, certainly, one of the best feelings which the woman tests in the life, but changes in its body result in many problems with health: the morning indisposition, a sleeplessness, a heartburn, a hemorrhoids, locks, pains in a waist, hypostases standing etc.

Some of these symptoms do not demand any additional, special treatment, they frequently by itself pass at observance of a corresponding diet and change of a way of life. But, for example, most often ignored problem during pregnancy is a pain in feet. Sometimes the pain and hypostases of feet become a real problem for future mother.

Women like to observe, how their tummy and an increase grows in weight from a week by a week, from a month by a month, but sometimes this increase in weight and stagnation of water in an organism deliver strong discomfort to her feet. The healthy increase in weight during pregnancy can change the centre of gravity of the woman. It causes stronger pressure upon feet and knees and consequently the woman should become very attentive at a raising of subjects, at walking.

The most widespread problems with feet at the pregnant woman is an excessive pressure and hypostases of feet. These problems lead to a pain in a heel, a shin or a patella. Many women because of weight increase test also spasms in feet, pains in a waist and expansion of veins.

There are many simple steps, which should be undertaken to the pregnant woman to relieve a pain or to eliminate it in general:

- Drink a lot of water. Hypostases increase, when the organism is dehydrated;
- Reduce quantity of consumed salt. Foodstuff with the high maintenance of salts can detain water in an organism;
- Adhere to the balanced diet where foodstuff with the high maintenance of fibers, without fail, should be included, like beans, cheese, fish, meat, a chicken, etc.;
- Watch weight. Addition during pregnancy of the big weight, than was recommended the doctor, can increase hypostases standing;
- Try to avoid long standing. If you all the same stand during the long period of time, try to have a rest, when it will be possible - sit down and lift feet;
- If feet swell up, lift feet as it is possible is more often so often, how much it is possible;
- Sleep on one side, instead of on a back. It reduces pressure upon the greatest vein in a human body which conducts to heart. Otherwise, pressure reduces speed of blood;
- Carry more spacious footwear and the socks which are not strongly compressing feet. Do not carry footwear on a high heel.

Thus, it is a little having changed the way of life and some habits, it is possible to reduce a pain in feet, and in some cases and at all to get rid of it.
